The cottage is located in the town of Thaims, a small quiet village 7 km from Cozes where you will find all the shops, 14 km from the sea (Meschers) and 25 km from Royan
Single storey house of 130 m2 with every comfort, very quiet on fully enclosed grounds equipped with a motorized gate
Large living room with dining room, living room, open kitchen
3 bedrooms, two with 160 cm bed and one with 140 bed, all equipped with a flat screen TV
Bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks and storage cupboard
Separate toilet
Exterior with swimming pool 4X9.20 (maximum depth 1.60 m with Romanesque staircase 4 steps) private without opposite. Green spaces on 1500 m2 of land
100 m2 terrace around the swimming pool which allows you to have lunch and relax. The terrace has a table and chairs, sun loungers and blinds to protect you from the sun. It is exposed South - South West
Required for children up to 3 years old available (travel cot, high chair, playpen)
Small dogs are allowed
3/4 hour tours of Cognac - 1 hour La Rochelle, - 45 minutes Ile d'Oléron - 1 hour Zoo la Palmyre - 20 minutes Royan

Great house in a very peaceful location
Very nice house in a small village with total privacy. Spent most of the time outside due to the incredibly hot weather. The pool and outside areas were perfect. Easy access to the coast and the islands for days out. Excellent supermarket 10 mins away. Would highly recommend.

jolie maison impeccable parfaitement decorée et disposant de tout l 'équipement utile. Seul bemol un peu loin de Saintes et accès par une route très sinueuse...cela prend un peu trop de temps. Mais ceci est une remarque très personelle.....
