« Staff were excellent and friendly.
Pub was welcoming and inviting.
Breakfast cooked to order and very nice.
Now for the room. No5 a bit dated but spacious. Bed was very firm but could feel every spring in the mattress. Shower pressure abysmal and scalding to start. Had to use a lot of force just to get the dial round to get the cold water flowing and still low pressure.
Some say adds character, I’d say it lacked comfort. »
