« Located in heart of Hot Springs National Park across from Bathhouse Row. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had excellent views of Hot Springs from our room. Breakfast was very good. Outside bar on roof was a little warm for us. Staff friendly and helpful. Valet service was very good. Several good restaruants within walking distance. »

« Dated hotel. Uncomfortable bed. Awkward room layout with inadequate lighting and power. Sound insulation was inadequate between rooms - nothing like being woken up all night by the crying baby next door! »

« The Gold-Inn is a gem motel in Hot Springs ! It is not too big so it is quiet and the service offered is great. The rooms are are in an excellent condition and very comfortable. »

« The property is being renovated, it our room had not been. It smelled like mold, paint was pealing off the walls, and the carpet was stained and lumpy. The spa was old, but the experience was amazing. Food was excellent! »

« The lady that checked me in was rude,there was no fridge or microwave,the floors was dirty, couldn't watch anything on the TV, remote was broke,l would not recommend this for anyone,had to get help from the office to open the door when we left and came back because the door would jam😡 »

« I was denied my 3 day reservations because I am a resident of Hot Springs! I had never heard of anyone being turned down reservations because you are a resident of the same city. Thankfully the nice people at Expedia are working on getting me a refund. »

« We had a wonderful stay for our 25th anniversary. The Oak room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast for both days was amazing. We look forward to staying there again on our next trip to Hot Springs. »

« The hotel lobby was hot upon entering and our room was extremely hot. We were in town for a wedding and when I tried to iron clothes there’s was melted fabric on the iron. The corner trim for the 4th floor was laying across the hallway. Our hall smelled like trash from the housekeeping area on the 4th floor. They had bags of trash sitting in the hallway. The carpet was nasty and did not look like it had been vacuumed in days. Breakfast was a nightmare. Thw lady managing the breakfast area was...

« Great location in the area, far enough off of the main road that it was nice and quiet. »

« Staff was pleasant. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Free washer and dryer was a bonus. Kitchenette was perfect. I only gave it 4 stars due to the recliner broken when we arrived. We reported it and they assured us it would be replaced and never was. Also report side door was broken and not locked which never was fixed during our 6 day stay. »

« No in-room coffee. Was told that it was a corporate decision to cut costs. They did have 24 hour coffee available in the lobby. I guess if you want a coffee when you wake up, wear your Jamie's, walk down the hallway take the elevator walk to the lobby, then go back. »
