The staff members were excellent, being centrally located, the hotel is easily accessible from any part of town and ideal for people visiting the nearby universities like the Leicester university. „Lovely friendly welcome and chat, room was cosy and bright and clean, bathroom was amazing with a fantastic shower, the staff were all brilliant. Sally on reception and Ben behind the bar. Then Derrick was waiting for us to come back from the pub with an umbrella as it was pouring with rain and a pint and lovely chat he even showed us around the property. Great breakfast and lots of conversation . Altogether lovely place to stay. Thank you all “
