Hôtel près de Shops at Willow Bend, Dallas, Dallas

« My only complaint is being taken advantage of when I had a last minute schedule change due to a baby arriving 3 days early. I would understand paying an inconvenience fee, but paying for nights I’m not using, on top of the charges for the stay, is a little ridiculous. I know it’s a corporate issue, not a location issue, but it will make me look to other hotel chains from now on. Corporate needs to do better. As far as the location goes, it was a great stay with friendly, helpful staff. »

« Could never get a person to answer the front desk. When we asked for late check out, they were resistant and made the request feel difficult. When we were checking out, we asked if they were full and they commented not at all, so I didn’t understand why us asking for an hour later checkout was an issue. The staff was rude in every encounter. »

« Large ants, sharp metal sticking up in the pull out, carpet coming up, tvs didn’t work, no place to hang your towels in the bathroom, vent cover coming off, rude children running up and down the hallways, shower not clean, blood (?) stained curtains, heavy drug activity both seen in the parking lot, and smelled in the hallways. »

« I found this hotel to be a great value for the money. The amenities are better than what you would expect in a two star hotel. I would definitely recommend this place »

« Room smelled terrible until ran ac half hour,room was decent and for where located next to I-35 was actually quiet overall ok but for price could have not smelled and been cleaner, that being said I would stay again Staff was great »

« This place is affordable for a family traveling with children. It's nice that it has a kitchen but there was no trash can in the kitchen or the restroom nor soap anywhere. This place didn't have pots and pans for cooking either which youd figure they would provide since they have a kitchen. It's a very outdated hotel but you can tell they are remodeling. There's no staff on hand from night to morning. There are odor issues in the hallways and elevator. I would still stay here again because...

« AC was not working properly, room was not at all clean, many cockroaches were found in the room. Can smell cigars everywhere in the hotel, safety wise its not at all recommendable. Very uncomfortable to stay with family »

« The hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and fresh. Staff was cooperative and courteous. There were a lot of young kids on the weekend staying at the hotel and the staff was constantly replenishing fresh breakfast, but, one person could have intermittently checked and cleaned the sitting area as well. Just a suggestion. Otherwise everything was great. »
