„The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. „It’s your own place , so it’s private. Our house was right across from the pool and workout area, so very convenient. Security on site so definitely feel safe. You do need transportation if you do decide to stay at the villas. Communication was available 24/7 if you needed any assistance. „TERRIBLE experience. The security did not allow us to get onto the property without a room number. The owner of the property never picked up their phone and we called them hundreds of times. Was then stuck in a foreign country in the middle of the night trying to find a place to sleep..“
