„I had a problem and they responded immediately“

„We overall had a good stay! Unfortunately the pool was not open and we were not told that until after check in and paying. The shower in one room was very old and poorly maintained and didn’t drain well. The bed was comfortable and we had all the space we needed for our family of 7.“

„Great! Quiet! Clean.“

„Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal“

„Although the hotel claims to be renovated recently, the rooms I have seen have not been touched at least since 20 years. The newest item was the TV, everything else is more than (or least gives the impression) 20 years old. The fridge was so loud, and there was no real sound insulation for noises from the corridor, that I couldn't fall asleep without earplugs.“

„Thank you!“

„Pretty good place to stay.“

„Was not satisfied“

„Sehr gutes Hotel, “

„The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good (variety of options); the waffles were a highlight for my fam. Our room was rather clean, and the bathroom was amply spacious. The pool was a bonus!“

„All the staff I encountered were very friendly, the room was clean, slept well, no issues with noise. Checking in and out was fast and easy and the free breakfast in the morning was pretty good and nice start to the day.“

„We have stayed at this property several times. Have had no issues. Hotel is in an area which I feel safe taking outdoor walks. Very quiet location even being in the flight path of Kansas City International Airport. This is one we will likely visit again.“

„staff were incredibly helpful! Our first trip to KC, MO and they were so helpful. It made our stay great and we had an incredible time!“
