« This property is exactly as described except it is more private and tranquil than you can ever imagine. Very comfortable for the 6 of us all adults. The location is ideal for boaters, the marina fee for the day was only 50. The home has spectacular views and ocean access is immediate. AC is nice and cold which is hard to find in the Keys. We boated to a nearby reef to snorkel with literally thousands of fish, the water that day was crystal clear. This will be our go to home for future stays. As...

« Tarpon Lagoon is one of the BEST places we have ever rented thru VRBO. You cannot beat the location, the great pool and dock area, the home with lots of space, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, great washer&dryer (really needed by the saltwater) and very responsive owners and caretakers. The unexpected happens and a couple major items needed to be fixed and they were very quickly. « We really enjoyed our stay. We took our 23 ft boat and a jetski and there was plenty of room on dock and in the driveway with trailers. My 2 dogs really enjoyed swimming in the canal. My only concern was the big hole in the yard near the retaining wall that someone could fall into and get hurt. Also, the LVP flooring in the house really needs replaced as it is a tripping hazard. One recommendation would be to have a vaccum guest could use. I have long haired dogs that love swimming which means...

« We had a great time in Marathon, FL at Manatee Bay. We rented a 24' boat from Coco's boat rental and spent our days in the Florida Bay and Atlantic, exploring sand bars, fishing, and snorkeling or just cruising. We docked our boat and enjoyed the wildlife we saw on a daily basis from the pier, and it was nice to come back to the pool for a relaxing evening. The house is as represented. I believe it is in the process of being updated. There are no overhead lights or ceiling fans in the bedrooms...

« This house was perfect for our family of 12!! 5 bedrooms inside with house with a 6th in an apartment style. The home is on an inlet right off the ocean. The home was fully stocked with tons of towels, pans, dishes, everything you need. You just need to buy the food. We WILL be back! This is one of our favorites so far! »

« Due to circumstances beyond the owners control we were only able to stay one night. The property manager and owner of the property were super helpful, very nice and ended up giving us a full refund. We will be coming back at a later date for sure. « Staying at this beautiful home for two weeks recently made our annual lobster vacation better than ever before!!! Check-in was super-easy using the lockbox, and the home is in great condition and beautifully furnished. All of the basic essentials were stocked for us and the kitchen very well-equipped with much more than we would ever need. My favorite area, though, was the back patio with pool, bar, and tiki hut...when we weren't on the boat, I spent the majority of time relaxing there! So...

« WAHOO! is easily our favorite Marathon place we've stayed in out of 8 years. Our trip couldn't have been more perfect. The sheets are super soft and the house is great and a LOT of space so you don't feel crowded. It was easy to back in the boat trailer for the week. Lots of driveway space. Wonderful set up and wonderful hosts. Every element exceeded our expectations and we limited out on lobster for mini season, too. »

« The location was great, and we really enjoyed the upper level! (We didnt really use the lower space) Pool wash well cared for and the dock was perfect. The screened in area was helpful since the mosquitos were bad the time of year we visited. I really loved all the loan games and bicycles at the property for use. A bonus was we were walking distance to Publix and a few other small businesses. »
