„ We left our stay at the Zero Cottage a day early due to extremely uncomfortable beds and an overall poor experience. The master bed was all springs, the trundles were rock hard, and the AC unit was ineffective and noisy. The cottage was not properly cleaned before our arrival, with used clothing on shelves and food in the drain.
