„This treehouse is beautiful and situated on a very private wooded area. I spent many hours on the deck sipping tea and watching the wildlife. The property had everything we needed and is the perfect mix of rustic and luxury. The host was wonderful. I do suggest driving a vehicle smaller than a full size pick-up truck. We made it work but it took more than a 3 point turn. This was definitely the relaxing getaway I was hoping for.“

We haven't been away just he and I in 5 years without our kiddos, and this was just what we needed for a little reset :) The host was very responsive, the home was clean and so adorable inside, the hot tub worked great and was such a great spot for a couple. „This chalet is beautiful on a beautiful piece of property. The kitchen is great with almost anything you need to make a great meal. Our pup had a blast chasing her ball around the giant yard. The bonus was watching the majestic bald eagle catch fish and clean itself on the edge of the island in the river. We will definitely be back.“

„The cabin was perfect for a few days of relaxation with the pups. I have stayed at several different places near Cooks Forest and this by far was the best! The cabin was very cleaned and I appreciated the firewood at mo cost for the first stack…that was a bonus. The cabin was clean and well maintained! Thank you!!!!“

„Such a cute cabin. It was very clean, modern and cozy. We loved all the special touches in and around the property. The hosts are great people and hard workers- they put a lot into these properties. If I had to give any advice:bring your own supply of soaps, paper towels, paper products etc if that’s something you use a lot of. There is a Dollar General right down the road though for any supplies you may have forgot or need during your stay. We would stay here again- loved it.“

„Amazing cabin, authentic tree post construction and shingles, with a replica child’s log cabin playhouse. The property was private and spacious inside and out. We had 6 big bodied males and a few dogs with us and never felt cramped. I will be looking to book again for the next bird hunting trip.“

„This is a great space for a couple wanting a retreat, NOT for families. The host needs to update the listing becuase the furniture has been updated and no longer has the features as explained. Also note that the bedroom is pictured twice just with different bedding. This might have been a personal error, but was misleading to what the space would actually include. The swings around the fire pit are in disrepair. There was dog poop left in the yard from previous use. The pictures also do not show ...

„GPS doesn’t work well to the address. Bridge is under construction that requires a major detour. Not the owners fault but he could provide more details on how to navigate to property. The remoteness is beautiful, peaceful and very private. Wi-Fi works very well at the property for texting and internet connection but couldn’t get thru with cell calls.“
