« For me personally, I won’t stay here again until the renovations are done. Staff was friendly, check in was as usual, my room was clean and smelled nice….but…1st floor completely closed, no breakfast (just basic grab n go), construction plastic and materials everywhere, construction noise during the day, and cell service/wifi was extremely sub par. Ive stayed at this location many times prior to the renovations and I loved it and when renovations first started it wasn’t that bad but—for me...

« My room came with stains on the sheets. The shower was dirty, there were more stains around the lining of the bed. After spending the night I had bites on my arms not sure if it was bedbugs or spider bites. »

« Mon fils a trouvé une seringue usagé sous son lit. Nous sommes allés la montrer à l'accueil et avons reçu un simple "sorry". Nous avons vérifié le reste de notre chambre seuls. Aucune excuse reçues du manager. Rien ! De plus, la piscine est fermée pour rénovation (depuis plusieurs semaines) sans que cela soit indiqué dans l'annonce et sur le site internet de l'hôtel. Une honte ! »

« Hôtel très bien situé, quasiment tout inclus (internet, bon petit déjeuner, collation le soir en semaine), avec un gros Target très peu cher à proximité. Seul vrai bémol, la climatisation de la chambre était peu agréable à utiliser, étant plutôt bruyante. Mais toutes les chambres n'ont pas ce défaut. »

« Could never get a person to answer the front desk. When we asked for late check out, they were resistant and made the request feel difficult. When we were checking out, we asked if they were full and they commented not at all, so I didn’t understand why us asking for an hour later checkout was an issue. The staff was rude in every encounter. »
