„Es war alles sehr sauber, Housekeeping während des Aufenthaltes gab es nicht, bei fehlenden Dingen sollte man zur Rezeption kommen. Für mich gar kein Problem, da mein Zimmer bei der Anreise super sauber war! Frühstück hätte ich dazu buchen können, frühstücke aber nicht. Das Personal war immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit! Wenn ich wieder in Dallas bin, würde ich hier auf alle Fälle wieder übernachten! Es gab COVID Schutzmaßnahmen, die ich für gut befand!“

Vorhang am Fenster hatte Löcher, Duschvorhang war zerrissen, Wasserhahn des Waschbeckens, das im Zimmer war, tropfte, keine Fernbedienung für TV im Zimmer, keine Handtücher im Zimmer, vom Hocker fehlten zwei Beine, Sofa schmutzig, Löcher im Stoff des Bettes, Bettwäsche fragwürdig, altes Bad mit vielen defekten Dingen … “
