« Manager John was an excellent communicator. He provided clear check in instructions, responded to messages right away, and offered helpful info about the area. The cabin was great! It had everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. The common area out back was a nice addition. Lots of seating, fire pits, grill, hammock, outdoor shower, and the river are just a few steps from the cabin. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. »

« Other than it being a little warmer than I like in the room, the place was perfect. ( to be fair, it was 102 outside though). Place was clean and quiet. The pool and deck were divine. I will book here again when I want a weekend get away. »

« Cabin was exactly as stated online. It was very cozy with an easy walk down to the river, which is what we went for. We didn’t cook much at the cabin, just breakfast, but it had all we needed. We had a short but great stay! »

« If you are visiting the State Park or the Bend, TX area and need reasonably priced accommodations, I highly recommend these wonderful cabins! Our cabin was spotlessly clean, with new appliances, cooking utensils and bed linens furnished. They are pet friendly too. Access to the back grounds, adjacent to the Colorado River, are gorgeous, with a hammock, ample seating areas, several fire pits and a fish cleaning station. It's just amazing for visitors like us, who do not have a camp trailer....

« Clean rustic cabin. No frills but everything you need. I would suggest a grab bar in the shower but everything else was fine. Helpful manager. We enjoyed the fishing. Would have done more but it rained. »

« My grandchildren have not experienced camping in a tent. I wanted them to experience sitting around a picnic table rather than a living room, everyone sharing one room, one bathroom for all of us, no screens for most of the day, few appliances. All was accomplished! Management was responsive to all needs and offered solutions. The property feels the pinch of no available workers. I find that is everywhere! »

« This ENTIRE property is gorgeous. The management company responded any time we had questions. A tech was sent out to help with resetting the cooling and heating system. The kids were thrilled about staying in a tent. It truly was comfortable camping. The solo stove was perfect for most of our meals and the community kitchen and game area by the river were used plenty as well. Everything we needed was supplied. Great stay. Highly recommended. »

« Good ole fashioned one room suite, the bed was comfortable. The Host, Pat introduced herself to us and said y’all must be the ones in suite 8! And we asked her how she knew and she said because you’re the only one I haven’t met yet! She was a blast, and the spot on lake LBJ is prime! We were lucky enough to get a room for July fourth and the fireworks were right across the lake- we had the best view from the sky dock!
