„We had an amazing time staying at the cabin on Loon Island. The cabin is beautiful, and is in fantastic condition. It has a full kitchen with all the pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. you will need for cooking. The solar powered lights work extremely well, and we never had an issue using lights at night and charging devices during the day/night. Showering is simple using the collected rain water in the barrels outside and a battery powered shower head.Having the boat is awesome, and works very ...

„Really nice place. Just adjacent to the lake. Set up as a cabin with sufficient bedrooms, cooking area, and common area. Hosts were very responsive and asked if we need anything. Could not ask for anything more. A very accurate and fulfilling destination. Denise and Roy were very available. The pontoon was all anyone needed to explore the lake. We had a really great time. The nearness of the Tavern on the Bay restaurant made any evening you didn’t wanna cook easily solved. A great and easy entry ...

„This was our second time staying here, sixth time on Lake Vermillion. The cabin is basic but the property, deck and proximity to the lake were great. The WiFi kept resetting but we were able to get by on our T-Mobile personal hotspots so we didn’t bother reporting it until the end of our stay. Before our stay we brought up an issue we had with the boat lift the last time. Sarah had someone install new bunks before we got there, so the lift worked perfectly for us this time.“

„The cabin had a great view of the lake with a deck overlooking it. The lake is beautiful, and the fishing was satisfactory. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed, including nice dishes. I enjoyed having a dishwasher too. Bob and his family were friendly and helpful. There are kayaks available for free use, a ping pong table, a fuseball table, paddleboards, darts, and movies. If you don't mind an older cabin that needs some repairs, then it's a great place to stay.“
