„Don’t tell anyone, but this property is fantastic! Our party loved everything about it. We tried to book it for next year but it was already taken. The cabin is well appointed, the lake is pristine and provided us with plenty of fish, the sauna was enjoyable and having the use of the canoe was great. Thank you to our hosts for answering all of my questions and sharing your lovely cabin with us.“

The bathroom/shower was so nice and warm with a built in heater, hot water, and high pressure. Fireplace is great if you know what you're doing and it was just cool enough for us to enjoy. „Had a wonderful annual holiday with friends. If we weren’t hoping to add another couple next year we would book same again but we need a second shower with more people. The house is spacious and homey and kitchen had everything we needed to cook fish all week. Docks are well maintained and porch and fire pit area were well- enjoyed. We even took the kayak and paddle board for a spin. It was really hard to leave!“

„My 2 teen age grandsons (14 & 17) made our 2nd annual grouse hunting trip to Northern MN. Despite rainy conditions, they had a great time, bringing 8 ruffed grouse back to Blaine, MN to share with family! Yum! Cabin was just as listed in VRBO—older but clean, comfortable beds, nice appliances. Owners pleasant and helpful. Thank you!“

„This was the worst VRBO experience I have ever had. The day of my stay I had to message for directions to the cabin. Directions were not sufficient and I had no cell service. I ended up paddling to the cabin (to the “left of the dock” as I was told). It was raining and I couldn’t find the key that was supposed to be under the steps of the deck. I had no cell service and disk was approaching so I had to drive back to town and call. The host didn’t respond to my messages. I called VRBO and they ...

„This was our second summer trip to Wildnerness Wind because we were drawn back to our host Jay and his property for the awesome fishing, kayaking and ease of stay. The cabins on Lake Armstrong have all the amenities you would need on short notice. Definitely need bugspray, but as expected for an "up north summer vacation spot." We had a lovely time with family and the YURT was a great space to hangout and relax. Our younger aged kids (5-13) loved just hanging out in there playing games to break ...
