„This is a very nice small cabin. Everything you need for your stay. There is not a lot of room so pack light. The shower is a little small for a bigger guy but not too small to use. Overall this is a great little cabin and we love staying in Townsend as opposed to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. “

„This was probably the best equipped cabin we'd ever stayed in. It was exactly as described and we loved everything about it. We're both from East TN so we're very familiar with mountain roads. Our host Tim was fantastic. Always replied within minutes before our arrival which by the way we were able to check-in an hour early which was great after driving 4 hours. „Peaceful Heights cabin was just what we were looking for. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Townsend is the a great location - close to the Great Smoky Mountains but far enough away from the busy tourist side of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It gave us the quiet mountain experience we wanted while still being convenient for exploring the area. “

„The cabin is rustic and secluded, but very convenient to Townsend and Cades Cove. When I reached out to the host with questions, I was answered almost immediately. Everything was as advertised. I also enjoyed the homey touches, such as handmade blankets and vintage furnishings and decor. I will definitely book this again.“

„Cabin was just what we needed, private and away from everyone and everything! It was nice to sit out on the porch with the fire pit and watch movies on the projection screen at night and sitting outside in the mornings in the rocking chairs and swings just watching nothing but the squirrels and chipmunks playing in the trees, it was calming and beautiful. The layout is beautiful and the decor makes it feel like home. ❤️ Only warnings to those that are planning on renting this one is the road to get to the property is narrow, curvy, and steep. Parking is a bit tricky to back in to the property, but I think it would be even more difficult to back out of the parking space. „Loved how secluded and private the setting was. It was soo peaceful. The cabin was clean and spacious. There was an IGA right down the road for groceries. The Townsend Artisan Guild was closeby and met several of the artists. The entrance to the Park and Foothills Parkway was very close. We saw bears everyday. Loved our stay. This will be a cabin we return to!!“

The king bed wasn’t the most comfortable but also not the worst bed to sleep on for 3 nights. The beds in the loft were very comfortable! The directions given on how to get to the cabin were helpful!
