„This place is a hidden gem! The rooms are very clean and you feel like you are staying in a cabin. The firepits are lit each morning and evening to enjoy morning coffee or a night cap. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Kasha, especially went above and beyond. Super friendly. The hotel is walking distance to the parkway. We will definitely recommend this boutique hotel to family and friends. We will be back!“

„This is our second stay at Margaritaville and we plan to stay here again on our next visit to Gatlinburg!, although parking was difficult we noticed many cars without permits and a few guests stating they paid for one room but had several family members stay with them because the rooms were a bit pricey and allowed them to park on the property as well..this may have added to why parking was so challenging..overall the property is beautifully maintained! “

„Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber für unseren eintägigen Aufenthalt als Zwischenstation auf dem Weg nach Nashville war die Unterkunft perfekt mit der Nähe zu Gatlinburg Downtown.“

„Modern, großzügige Zimmer, bequemes Bett und sehr sauber. Frühstück auch wie man es in den USA halt kennt. Als Europäer immer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn es keine Salami, Käse und vernünftige Brötchen gibt😅“

„Das Hotel war eines der schönsten in den letzten Jahren unserer USA Roadtrips. Aber das Frühstück ist die reinste Katastrophe. Der Kaffee ist Wasser wo man spüren könnte das Kaffee Geschmack dabei wäre. Das Besteck so dünn, wenn man versucht Butter auf den Toast zu streichen knickt es weg. Also das passt überhaupt nicht zum gesamten Hotel Konzept und sollte sich schnellstens ändern. Ansonsten war am Empfang Kumar ein ganz netter Mensch. Wirklich ein gepflegtes und modernes Hotel. “
