« Great location. Great responses from management. Unfortunate that I had to call back and forth a number of times at checkin trying to find the right "lockbox" which was inconspicuous around a dark corner. Also circuit breaker blew when toasting, and the box was hidden behind a wall textile. »

« Grande gentillesse du personnel Excellente literie et linge de lit Mais l hôtel est un peu vieillot au niveau de la déco De nombreux SDF aux alentours, qui tentent de resquiller pour le petit déjeuner mais aucun quartier de SF ou de Berkeley n’est épargné. « Colton was an excellent host!!!!! His communication was quick and professional! The boathouse is s great thing to experience if you haven't done so! For the age of the boat it still was in excellent condition! The view of the water is absolutely stunning!!! Just bring extra blankets or comforter with you cause it does get cold from being right on the water but other than thst the trip was perfect! »
