Upstairs on the main floor you will find the open kitchen and living room that lead to a large screened back porch with fantastic mountain nature views. The living room has a 65-inch TV and gas fireplace, and the porch features a full outdoor dining table and seating area perfect for morning coffee or afternoon happy hours! The laundry room is located off the kitchen and includes a washer, dryer and an additional standalone ice maker. The main level primary suite has a king size bed, private dual-vanity bath and an added workspace with desk, monitor and keyboard. Downstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a game room. The downstairs king room has a private bath and direct access to the lower back porch with a custom-built oversized bed swing. That porch is also accessible from the queen room which shares the hallway bathroom with the bunk room. These queen-over-queen bunk beds are suitable for young cubs and sturdy enough for adults. The downstairs game room offers a dual basketball shooting game, foosball table and a 55-inch TV to keep everyone entertained! For additional sleeping options, 2 CordaRoy's bean bag chairs that convert to full size beds are available. This home also has access to the shared Saddle Notch cul-de-sac fire pit.
