„We loved the place; nice to be right on the water.“

„This is a very nicely appointed home. The extra sleeping area is next to the main bedroom (you have to go through the smaller room to get to the master). The location is next to a gas station/Dunkin which is convenient but we did hear trucks early n the morning. The apartment is stand alone with garages off to the side. Extra touches included snacks/ water/ tea and coffee/ hand cream. The only issue I had wan s that a $1500 security deposit was taken automatically if you did not opt to pay $59 ...

„The host was awesome! Kept up communication throughout the process and during our stay. The house was clean, spacious, open, airy, and and was conveniently located. (Not too far from town and the SUNY Cortland campus.) Although we did not bring pets, this place is certainly pet-friendly. We saw dog bowls, poop bags, and notes for pet owners in the handbook. “

„The property was as advertised and provided us everything we needed for a great family get together“

„The host was great to work with.“

„Basically as advertised, but the property needs maintenance. Stairs to the front door are broken and dangerous. The grill is a joke and totally unusable. We spent the first hours killing ants and roaches. Layout and location are good, but needs attention and cleaning.“

„Clean, comfortable and updated home in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. Lots of thoughtful touches in every room. Cheaper and nicer than staying in a hotel for what was provided. Excellent communication with the property owner. Look forward to staying here again the next time we visit our daughter in college.“

„Very nice and exactly what we need after a long day at the fair, followed by a beautiful day in the surrounding area.“
