Hotel Tuscumbia

« Room was actually in another building across the parking lot, so not very friendly for the pool or breakfast! Was not informed of this until check-in. Property was run down, dirty & outdated. Television internet did not work well. I would not stay here again. »

« Our first room smelled terribly of smoke and whatever they sprayed to try to cover up the smell. We requested a different room. Second room was better but still smelled musty and the pillows need to be replaced because of smell. Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate as much as they could. »

« No care, no love, no management, no cleaning staff, no water when it’s busy. Moldy tub, moldy ceiling. YOU WILL get what you pay for at this location. Less than mediocre »

« A little dated, but clean. Holes on wall where pictures used to hang. Bathroom vent fan sounded a lot like an old washing machine. Location was good. Parking ample. No microwave, but had coffee pot, safe and mini fridge. Would I stay here again? Maybe. »

« The property isn't well maintained but the room was clean. Breakfast was ok- not great but not bad. Overall, it was what about as I expected considering the price. »

« We got an upgrade to a bigger room and it was amazing. Only there 2 nights but swam at the pool and the fire and ice bar was great. Ate at the HK restaurant and food was delicious and great service. It's an older establishment but well maintained. We didn't use but they had a gaming room and a movie theater which I thought was a great addition for the kids. »

« Our experience with Ozark and and suites was not very good though the service was good but it was mediocre. I wanted my money back, but they said I couldn’t get my money back because I already gave them my card and I think I should get my refund because I wasn’t as satisfied, Customer. »

« Unclean room. Air conditioning plug did not work. Stayed two days and the maid left room with dirty towels and unclean, ( as it was when we checked in). Very disappointing! »

« I highly recommend as a mini vacation get away. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the beds are terrible. They are so noisy and the springs dig into your body. Every time my son would move, it sounded like the bed as going to fall apart. A couple other same things: I wish the water refill stations worked, the pool tables kept jamming and we were constantly having to go get help, and the water pressure could’ve been better. Other than that, it was a great choice overall. »
