„I had a great time from the very beginning. Stephen and Neil were lovely and taking great care and my room had a perfect view. For breakfast I can highly recommend the Large Scotch Pancake, sooo lovely!! When you are new in Tynemouth listen carefully to Stephens advices for good food and great bars. When I had to return home, the Metro broke down because of snow. I phoned Stephen in order to ask him for help to get a Taxi, but everyone at the coast tried to get one, so I had no chance. „2mins from the beach Great to walk along the coast north or south Paul is a very nice host Amazing tasty breakfast “

„We haven’t received the complete instructions to open the front door. The help line was busy for about 20 min, however was sorted out fast.“

„Lovely apartment, key pick up will be after 4pm Monday to Thursday as the bar is closed beforehand. There is NO ALLOCATED PARKING PERMIT. Staff are lovely at the two businesses downstairs which offer 10% discount for anyone staying here. We lived the apartment so much, it's got a great vibe and had everything we required.“

„Alles Gute“

„A very quirky clean boutique hotel with fantastic sea view. I would highly recommend it“

„First and foremost the property was clean, functional and offered value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, although our experience of room service was let down by dirty cups being left. We found the hotel lacked character, everything about it was functional and not interesting. This extended to the breakfast, our experience of which was behind not eating supper there. This is not a criticism of the hotel, it is my view. Based on reviews I expected a little more than we got. ...

„Nice, clean rooms in a beautiful old villa. Quiet location and close to Newcastle city center or shopping, just a few minutes by car. Very friendly hosts and staff, award winning restaurant on site and a nice garden - if the weather permits it. We enjoyed staying there and can recommend this hotel. “
