« Such a nice and peaceful place! The Sheperds hut has everything you need and was immaculately clean, well organized and as beautiful inside as outside. The stars were amazing as there are no lights nearby. I loved my stay! »

« An absolutely incredible place to stay, with gorgeous river views and even a lake. We stayed in a barrel which was so comfortable, I really did not want to get out of bed! The owner and others on the farm are kind, warming and helpful, and are clearly working hard to build an amazing space. I just wish I could have stayed longer! »

« Beautiful little cabin, perfect for a couple nights! It was a little bit difficult to find but worth the drive. Lovely scenery and the cabin has everything you need for your stay. Definitely would stay again! »

« Had a lovely stay in the Owl's Roost. The hosts were so kind and couldn't have been more helpful. It was so peaceful being surrounded by fields. The cabin was very clean and beautifully decorated, and the bed was comfy! We will be returning again in the future. »

« This little place a stunning we have the best time and great location There were a couple of things that I would add a long mirror in the bedroom would be great.And the bedding was so hot for this time of year fleece bedding and a feather duvet was a bit much.But we will be back. »

« Perfect little hide away, amazing views of the countryside. Cosy Shepherds Shed with everything you need, hot tub was a bonus, we really enjoyed sitting around the fire in the evenings. The hosts were great. »

« We had a thoroughly enjoyable three night stay here. The lodge is well equipped with everything you could need. It’s very well decorated with some lovely finishing touches. The beds and sofas were all very comfortable. My only complaint would be that the throws and cushion covers on the sofas could have done with a wash as they were covered in dog hairs. We would definitely look to stay here again in the summer, and hopefully the weather will be in our favour. »

« We had a lovely relaxing stay in Buttercup Lodge. The owners went above all our expectation, provided everything you could possibly need plus more. There are games inside and outside to occupy young to old. Will definately be going back. »
