We knew going in that there was a chance we could get stuck, but we had been planning this trip for nearly a year and didn’t want to cancel. We used the wood-burning stove most of the time there.I had read other reviews pointing out that there was a lower level unit and an occasional tenant. I'm very glad I was aware of that because someone came to stay there the last night. I would have been absolutely freaked out if I wasn't aware. „AMAZING HOME! 21 days of four seasons! We had an ice storm, a snow storm and fall & summer weather all in one. Though we tried to escaped Chicago to enjoy the southern winter warmth, that wasn't the plan for Mother Nature. That said, we had the most memorable time at one of the best, if not THE best VRBO homes. The Host's, the design, the amenities, the BEDS - just absolutely everything was above expectations. „The host was very responsive and very helpful. One thing that I will suggest is that the towels need dried longer because they did have a smell other than that the cabin was beautiful. We also did inconvenience the host by bringing 7 dogs (with permission) and she was really nice to let us bring them all! Thank you again for allowing us and our several fur babies stay at your beautiful cabin. “
