Hôtel près de Église unitarienne, Charleston, Charleston

« Centrally located and perfect for a weeks stay. Hidden House is great for a light breakfast or glass of wine. »

« I took a long time trying to determine which hotel to stay at for our first visit to Charleston. I was thrilled with our decision. The room with access to the courtyard was a unique experience that we will never forget. The room was beautifully laid out and decorated, and had wonderful amenities. The offering of slippers to guests is a detail that adds that extra touch for its guests, and is one of my fav items when staying at a hotel. Our room was clean. The courtyard experience was so...

« Excellent location, and nice walk along the water into the French Quarter. We stayed in the main house on the third-floor suite for three nights. The first floor is like a museum, the second floor a couple of nice rooms, and the third floor has two large suites with park view and an up-dated nice shower. Note though: no elevator, not much parking, limited continental breakfast options, and we thought housekeeping did a very, very minimal job not worthy of a 5-star hotel. She did not vacuum, wipe...

« The staff was very welcoming to our large dog and made us feel very comfortable. »

« Un lieu charmant et une équipe très serviable et dynamique On a beaucoup aimé toutes les petites attentions »

« mixed by a person at reception who pulls a face and makes no effort! However, we were very understanding about the lack of a bed for our queue despite a reservation for 3 people..., the lack of delivery of our breakfast on the first morning, which we had to take and pay for elsewhere, the lack of response to our 2 emails for clarification on parking and the progress of this famous first breakfast delivery, the absence of any commercial gesture for these shortcomings.... »

« Très bel hôtel mais l accueil est plutôt glaciale la personne qui nous a accueilli était tout juste correcte Ils sont très à cheval sur l heure d arrivée mais ne respectent pas les consignes de préparation de la chambre »

« The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind. The hotel and room were clean! »

« I must say I wasn’t impressed with our stay, the pictures give the impression we would be in the building behind with balconies and rooftop lounging. We were a bit surprised we were on the street with lots of noise the entire time, not to mention the renters upstairs making drunken noise all night. For the money spent I’m not happy and would not stay again. »

« loved it for most of it... only small detail... no rooftop pool ;)) the general feel is splendid... very Mad Men... the location is ideal and thanks to the great Concierge service we enjoyed walking distance dining that was really a joy... perhaps the room service could be improved (the breakfast in room is far too expensive...) but the quality of the food in this hotel is very serious! well done to the Chef... even our last minute snack before we took our flight was lovely: try that home made...

« Chambre très propre, personnel très accueillant et sympathique! L’hôtel est super bien situé. La nourriture est très bonne! 10/10! »

« Goof hotel »

« Plutôt cher (mais c'est général à Charleston). Personnel serviable. Chambre correcte même si comme toujours aux USA un peu bruyante (la plaque de l'air conditionné vibrait et j'étais à côté de l'ascenseur que j'entendais parfois monter et descendre). Bien placé. Service voiturier efficace. »

« I loved the bed so much, I was so comfortable »
