« To expensive for what it is. The breakfast was included but there were missing food. There was mold in the bathroom and there was a string small of humidity in the room. »

« Room was not clean. No towels insnide the room. No tv, locks were iffy and would not lock correctly. I would not recommend thus place to anyone nor will I ever resort to staying here ever again. Check in person was rude and claimed she never checked me into the room after giving me a card less than 3 mins before going back to complain about the room. »

« Unfortunately I gave this hotel the benefit of the doubt and did not heed the warnings of others reviews. The few staff members were friendly. The entire property smells like marijuana. The rooms, the stairway, the entrances. We booked 2 rooms, the first one smelled so bad of cigarette smoke we had to switch out. Clearly no staff had checked that room before assigning it to someone who picked a non-smoking room. We had to stay one night because it was too late to change hotels. The next...

« This was one of the nicest places we stayed. Everything was so nice and clean and I am thinking recently remodeled. There were plenty of outlets well placed for charging technology, the bathroom was nice and spacious and I liked the little ledge to put toiletries near the sink. The beds were comfy, black out curtains worked great, fridge in the room … top notch. The breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel. Great choices for any kind of diet. The coffee also tasted great! »

« My room was clean and comfortable and the staff was great. However be aware that you are near the hospital, so there are emergency vehicles going by at all hours of the night. Additionally you have to pay to park in a garage that isn’t owed by the hotel. At night the garage can feel a bit sketchy. »

« Staff were very nice and helpful every time we had questions. Breakfast was great everyday during our stay and offered a great mix for all of us(Family of 7). Location was superb for getting to see other family, friends, and locations like Valleyfair, Como Zoo, malls, etc. Also their ice machines are the best we've had at any hotel ever. »

« Room was clean and perfect. Love the runway view. The bridge from third floor to the terminal through TSA is really nice, no shuttle no nothing and you are directly at the airport! »

« I did not like that this was a 1984/big brother place. All online and too may cameras and sensors. I melted in 100 degrees outside, until I finally got in. »
