« The hotel was very clean especially considering they are currently undergoing renovations. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Especially David at check-in. I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was a very nice room. I think the bed could be a bit more comfortable but I was still able to sleep and I would stay again. »

« This property was in the perfect location for where I needed to be. Great walkability to many things and the house itself was really well kept. »

« Easy to access and the parking was notably conveniently easy. It wasn’t quite as close/accessible to the University of Cincinnati as I was hoping (about a 35 min walk to the building I needed), the bathroom faucet sprays a bit weird, there wasn’t any dishwasher pods/liquid, and the AC units are super loud—but everything important was thought-out and nice! The unit was well-kept and comfy! »

« My husband and I were in town for the Luke Combs concert! It was perfect for what we needed! The only problem was the code was not sent to us with the check in email. Once we got the code, the check in was very smooth. »

« The space is exactly how it is shown in pictures. Its in an old apartment, however, the unit we stayed in was spotless, clean and well equipped with the things we need during the trip. (Ironing board, towels, coffee-maker, toaster). The bathroom was extremely clean too. I definitely recommend this if you want a clean space with privacy, 5mins away from downtown and all dining spots and cafes. Very easy to access the key with the code and a hassle free check out. 10/10 for cleanliness. »

« I honestly was glad for my stay at this VRBO. I attended a conference nearby and it was great for getting to things nearby.Building: Parking is okay. There's limited parking in the small lot and could be a squeeze if you have a large car. There is street parking that's easy to access. Key fob needs to be held up against the electronic lock. This honestly took me a few tries to do since it's not intuitive. There are two doors, the outside door leading to the lobby and the internal door leading to...
