„We loved the house and our golfers were impressed with the golf course. But what really impressed us was when the owner replaced the pit that broke on Friday early on Saturday. About 90% we eat is cooked on a pit. Please tell the owner how much we appreciated that. We want to come back next summer. “

Quick 30-45 second walk from the front door to the Frio River. Our boys had a blast fishing all day and spending time at Garner State Park.“

„Our family arrived from 4 different Texas cities. Check in was trouble free. Two fridges allowed space for everyone's favorite foods and beverages. There we so many spots to set up activities for two or seven! The pool was so relaxing. Hummingbird watching with morning coffee was great. Easy access to Garner State Park and river. We hated to leave.“
