The location is excellent, just a short and pleasant walk to downtown Asheville. The staff were very friendly, both at check-in and check-out, and we appreciated the manager checking in on us during breakfast on our first day. „Easy acces to and from the Blue Ridge Parkway. I like walking so I didn't mind the 50 minutes walk to downtown Asheville (I avoided the tunnel). In fact it was a beautiful day and the walk hat some fantastic views of Asheville and the surrounding mountains. Papas and Beer was a good recommendation for dinner close to the hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the use of disposable plates, cutlery etc at breakfast.“
