First red flag I should have know was the number listed was not answering 2 days prior to booking I left a message then realized when I got there and asked the number they had was different then the one listed on Expedia which i feel they use to their advantage. Upon arriving was hit with a “remaining balance” fee that I couldn’t get an understanding of aside of “this is because you booked through Expedia” after trying to understand for nearly 10 minutes going back and forth with the manager. She then tried to convince me that my stay for what I was getting was well worth it (her opinion) being that I had no choice but to pay or lose the total I had already put nearly $300, I paid. Got into the room to realize there was absolutely no AC but a small circulating fan luckily it’s not summer opened a few windows notice only 1 out of 5 had a screen. The beds weren’t very comfortable and to top it, all the complementary breakfast was was literally a bagel or a choice between 2-3 cereals. Not even a dining area for that either. There seemed to be a lot of sketchy people wandering at night and was a little worried leaving stuff in the room. This is not a place i recommended anyone unless it’s a very last resort and even still don’t expect much. There was only one staff member there that was helpful. Wi-Fi password wouldn’t connect due to the amount of devices already online. Being on the same block as the beach is probably the only positive thing and that’s me looking for one.
