„Location was perfect. I have zero complaints and would happily stay here again. Host was responsive and very friendly. Place was clean and nicely decorated and while on the small side it worked for me and my mom’s girls weekend. We took the golf cart out to a couple of local spots and it made our trip memorable and fun. I recommend visiting the seal sanctuary, Franklin Trail, Brass Bird Coffee, and Little Dom’s for dinner. Great place for a get away.“

„Great location for 6 of us - 2 kids (6 & 8), parents, and grandparents. We mostly ate dinners out. Kitchen was well appointed, but would have been a tight squeeze for dining (especially because it was a little too chilly to use the outside table). Place was spotless, well-appointed with towels and supplies, and thoughtfully designed to maximize the space. Easy walk into town for restaurants and wine, and to the ocean. „Our family of four (including a one year old and three year old) stayed really comfortably between the two bedrooms. The living room / dinning area has a great amount of space to hangout in. We had more family staying in another unit and we mostly hung out in this unit for meals and movie time with that big comfy couch!“

Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could require. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious which would be a bonus for larger parties. „This was a nice condo with good indoor and outdoor space. Renovated but not high end. No central heat (some wall units in 2 bedrooms only) or air (but not uncommon in California). Nice outdoor upstairs patio and upstairs suite. Spacious bedrooms and overall well appointed. No dishwasher or water line hook up for ice maker or water dispenser. „Mark was so easy to deal with. He answered all our questions promptly and his intro packet was very helpful. We stayed there almost three weeks. On our third day, the disposal stopped working. We notified Mark and the next day it was fixed. That was how easy it was to work with him. It was a great place tostay.“

The rug downstairs was filthy and the upstairs couch was not clean and the house needs other updates. The house had been cleaned but the furnishings seemed overused and unclean. We hope the owners will inspect their property and refresh their furnishings because we would love to come back.“
