„Beautiful villa secluded from the closest town so that it felt private but close enough to the beautiful villages of Umbria. We were a group of 14 and it felt spacious. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain but we cosied up in the fireplace and still had dinner outside under the covered outside eating area. „Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, inbesondere die grosse Terasse (Gli Gnomi), die beiden Pools und die Nähe zum schönen Spoleto (10 Min. zum Parkplatz Posterna, Rolltreppe). Auch die beiden Schlafzimmer mit jeweils Bad recht komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage ist allerdings nur im Wohnraum. Leider ist das Haus von Gli Gnomi sehr hellhörig bzgl. oberer Wohnung, wir hatten das große Pech, schreiendes Baby und nicht zeitumgestellte Gäste aus dem dem Osten über uns zu haben, daher Lärm bereits vor ...

„Everyone at Casa Giulia is amazing and so nice! We stayed here with family and hosted an intimate wedding of 40 people. Francesca was incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding (a mere 4 months before the stay). She coordinated all vendors and details. Francesca and all staff helped during the entirety of the stay and we are so grateful. The villa itself is enchanting and beautiful! The grounds are kept and picturesque. „Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Haus am Hang verbracht und sind von den Vermietern liebevoll aufgenommen und umsorgt worden. Diese bewohnen die obere Etage, sind aber defacto "unsichtbar" und dennoch stets erreichbar, um behilflich zu sein, bsw. Restaurant-Reservierungen. Der vermietete Teil des Hauses - drei SZ, drei Bäder sowie reichlich weitere Räume, bietet Platz im Übermaß, den man aber eigentlich kaum nutzt, etwa den ca. 50 qm großen Speisesaal mit sechs Meter Tisch.
