"chambre spacieuse mais très bruyante beaucoup de bruit autour de l’hôtel le soir jusqu’à très tard surtout si vous êtes coté rue . menage bien fait tout les jours les femmes de ménage sont agréable et très gentille. bon les repas sont bons mais redondants normal vous me direz. carte du snack prêts de la piscine très peu option en all inclus si non faut payer pour une salade ou autre que de frites ou un sandwich pain de mie. personnel au top. je recommande tout de même cet hotel c’est la deuxième fois que j’y viens."

"Nous avons apprécié l'hôtel Alexandre Gala dans son ensemble, l'accueil, la restauration, l'emplacement de l'hôtel près de la plage et du centre ville de la troya mais également de las americas. Par contre en ce qui concerne la piscine nous n'y sommes pas allés car des 7h 30 le matin, les clients vont installer leur serviettes et le personnel de l'hôtel ne s'y oppose donc il y a beaucoup d'abus. Ce qui m'a le plus déplu c'est le non respect des touristes envers cette belle îles et leurs habitants. La ville remplies de détritus au petit matin. Cela est triste. La plupart de la jeunesse n'est malheureusement pas concerné par l'écologie lorsqu'il ne sont pas dans leur pays respectifs. Cette ville est très touristique..."

"Hotel très propre, buffet varié et de qualité, avec un thème différent chaque soir. Piscine chaude, beaucoup de transats. Ce n'était pas indiqué sur le site, mais il y avait un petit spectacle chaque soir (acrobaties, danse, chant...) Petit bémol dans notre chambre famille : les poignées de porte qui grincaient et la baie coulissante qui frottait beaucoup. Emplacement top, pas beaucoup de places de parking dans l'hôtel, mais plutôt facile de se garer à l'extérieur."

"Très bon accueil. Mon souhait d'avoir une chambre au calme ainsi qu'un lit double a été respecté. Le personnel est souriant et sympathique. Le restaurant est correct, mais un peu bruyant. L'hôtel est situé à 10mn à pied de la plage."
