The main level offers a cozy living area with warm wood accents and a gas log fireplace, plus a well-equipped kitchen and dining area that open onto a covered deck overlooking the wooded surroundings. Seasonal mountain views add to the peaceful setting.

Downstairs, the family room offers another gathering space with a TV and gas fireplace, and it opens onto a lower-level deck with a hot tub. Outside, the spacious level backyard features a fire pit for evenings under the stars.

For even more fun, the garage game room offers a pool table, ping pong, foosball, and arcade games. Corn hole boards are ready for play near the gas grill.

Sleeping arrangements include an upper-level king bedroom and a queen bedroom sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The main level features a bedroom with two queen beds and a bunk room with a twin-over-double bunk, which share a full bathroom. The lower level offers a private king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee, and cable TV is available throughout the home. With a spacious, level gravel driveway, 1 Abundant Life provides easy access and ample parking. During winter weather, four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended, and tire chains may be necessary.
