And then it is very easy to walk just a few minutes to the beach. Check in process was great and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. „The location was central with a deck out on the marsh, which was lovely. The pool seemed well kept and was nice. It was clean and the communication with the hosts was quite good. The smart TVs didn’t really work and could only work with live tv. No apps worked. Overall, though, would stay again.“

„Adorable place to stay that was close to good shopping and dining experiences, the beaches and ponies were a very short drive. We wish we had allotted more time for this part of our trip. Loved waking up to the birds singing and the beautiful view of the stream and marshland just past the dock on the property. Enjoyed ourselves and the peace of our rooms immensely. Would love to stay here again and explore even more of the area.“

„Nice and quiet place to stay. The staff were nice. Close to the beach and many restaurants/stores. I’d stay there again. Things to know. No USB ports next to the bed. Take long charging cables and cubes. Parking isn’t very much or clear so you kind of make parking yourself. GPS had us turn into a gas station where it looks like maybe a road was before. Just turn at light on Maddox St. Enjoy it!“

„The entire parking lot was completely flooded. There was no cover on the stairs leading to the second floor so the wood was extremely slick. We never checked into this property because we could not unload at this property. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. In contacting the property manager we were told there was absolutely nothing that could be done. And we were just out the money.“

„Very pleased with the location and unit itself. Right next to the steps but luckily my son wasn’t bothered. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely choose to stay again. My only complaint is with chincoteague as a whole - way too many flies and mosquitoes. “

„Small condo was adequately furnished for two. (Not 4)No dishwasher and only a small two burner cooking area that did not work that well. Bedroom was comfortable and small bathroom was good. Very convenient location“
