What we guarantee: Both condos are always inside Kolea, always within a 2-3 minute walk of each other. Unit A is a 3-bedroom condo and Unit B is a 3-bedroom condo, with exactly the beds listed under Bed types in every bedroom. Both condos have a private lanai looking over the resort grounds toward the ocean. Both homes are kept to the same quality standard, with finishes similar to what you see in these photos. If we ever could not deliver that, you would approve the alternative first or receive a full refund.

This Kolea stay brings together two private 3-bedroom condos within the same complex. The accommodations may share a building or be in separate buildings within the complex, but either way they are always only a 2-3 minute walk from each other.



Unit B mirrors the generous layout with a king master, a queen second bedroom, and two twin singles in the third bedroom, plus its own kitchen, dining area, living room, and lanai overlooking the resort grounds and the water beyond. Each unit functions as a fully self-contained home, so different parts of your group can keep their own rhythm - separate meal times, separate bedtimes, separate spaces to decompress - while still being under the same booking.

Unit A (3BR): Unit A is a three-bedroom condominium inside the Kolea complex with a layout designed for comfortable group living. The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combo. The second bedroom also has a king bed and its own ensuite bathroom, giving two couples or two families full privacy from the moment they wake up. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and a full bathroom serves that room. Unit A has three full bathrooms and a half bathroom. The living room connects naturally to a private lanai where the resort grounds and ocean views unfold - a place worth lingering over morning coffee.



The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a full group dinner, with a dining area adjacent that seats the household together. Rideshare services operate on the Big Island, though availability can be limited compared to urban markets, so travelers planning to rely solely on rideshare should confirm coverage for their specific dates and times. Within Kolea and the immediate resort area, the beach, pools, shops, and restaurants are all walkable.
