« I booked and paid for 2 queen beds and arrived at 315p, right at check in and was told the reservation was for a king, upon showing my confirmation email thru Expedia, the front desk person never checked to validate it. Gave me a king which wasn’t what I paid for and never once apologized, instead became argumentative saying they were booked a month plus out like I didn’t book a room. I will never stay here again. Need to train staff on how to say I’m sorry for the inconvenience. »

« So it’s not really their fault. But the fact it’s an old warehouse makes it the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Parking is a long ways away, and the whole place just kind of felt set up inefficiently. Meh. For the price the old warehouse charm isn’t really worth it. »

« Room was not clean; there wa old splattered tomato sauce on the side of the refrigerator (the inside was clean). Room, sheets, and pillow cases smelled like stale cigarettes. TV initially didn’t work; figured out that the cable plug wasn’t tight enough. No one was at the front desk to check out with. »

« Bedding was filthy with stains. Went to target bout some bedding because they did not have any clean bedding until the next day. Staff was nice it was just filthy bedding with stains, some what appeared to be blood spots. »

« Lobby was Under construction/ under maintenance so part of the hallway was sectioned off. Had to go to another room (empty hotel room) to get breakfast vs the lounge due to that. Kind of visually unappealing but otherwise was fine. Staff was great & room was fine. »

« Hôtel bien placé où nous nous sentions en sécurité. Proche de restaurants et zone commerciale. Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable et calme. Tarifs corrects. Chambre propre, petit bémol sur les parties communes où ça manque d’entretien et nettoyage. Sinon nous avons dans l’ensemble apprécié notre séjour et nous y retournerons si besoin. »

« Upon arrival, we came into the parking lot full of trash. To go boxes and contact lenss cases all over parking lot, one space in particular. Bags and trash all over parking lot. Check in staff was absolutely amazing and wonderful. Went to our room to find our trash can full of SOMEONE ELSES TRASH! GROSS!!! That was extremely disappointing. This made the entire room feel dirty. The shower handle plate moves with the handle. It is very difficult to make it work moving with the plate. Upon check...
