« The only nice thing about this hotel was the woman at the front desk. Specifically Charity- as Tonya was rude and very unprofessional. I was in the room for approximately 2 hours before the smell of weed filled the room. Dogs barking in the room upstairs, not to mention a dog in the hallway off its leash. I left the hotel after a couple of hours and checked into a different hotel. The hotel staff refused to work with Expedia and will not refund my money. I am being accused of leaving the room...

« Hard to say something positive. Mainly a management issue. 100$ caution cash …even when the room is paid in advance … per room ! « The check-in process was a little stressful. We arrived a few minutes before the 5 PM check-in time and the owner was nowhere to be found. I called a couple of times with no response before we finally found her out and about doing chores. We were able to get her attention to be let into the property. The main living area is available for guest use but has a heavy odor of cats. The rented room and bathroom are clean and the odor is much more tolerable.
