The Riverside Longevity Estate: A Sanctuary for Active Recovery
Wallkill River Waterfront | 1-Acre Property | Private Wellness Suite

Wake up to the gentle rhythm of shimmering waters and a chorus of birdsong at this premier Wallkill River retreat. Nestled on a lush, one-acre estate just minutes from New Paltz, our property is a masterclass in "Functional Luxury." We have meticulously curated this space for those who believe that a getaway should be a transformative experience for both the mind and the body.

THE WELLNESS REVOLUTION: THE RECOVERY SUITE
In 2026, the ultimate luxury is health. We have upgraded our property to serve as your private bio-recovery hub.

Infrared Sauna: Step into a sanctuary of deep, cellular warmth. Unlike traditional saunas, our infrared technology penetrates the body to soothe inflammation, flush toxins, and promote cardiovascular health.

Targeted Red Light Therapy: Integrated within your sauna experience, Red Light Therapy (Photobiomodulation) works at the mitochondrial level to rejuvenate skin, accelerate muscle recovery, and boost energy.

Chromotherapy (Light Science): Tailor your environment using the healing frequencies of color. Use calming indigos to reset your circadian rhythm after a day of travel, or vibrant greens to harmonize your nervous system with the surrounding nature.

FOR THE ADVENTURER: NATURE AS MEDICINE
Located at the gateway to the world-renowned Shawangunk Mountains (The Gunks), our estate is the perfect launchpad for "Forest Bathing" and high-performance movement.

The Trails: Challenge yourself on the iconic cliffs of the Trapps or hike the winding paths of Mohonk Preserve and Minnewaska State Park.

On the Water: Indulge in a riverfront sunset or fish from the shore.

Active Transit: Bring your hybrid bikes to explore the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail, a scenic artery connecting the region's historic towns and vistas.

Winter Vitality: When the snow falls, we are centrally located within 60 miles of five premier ski resorts, including Hunter and Plattekill.

FOR THE CONNOISSEUR: FARM-TO-TABLE NOURISHMENT
True longevity is fueled by the land. We are surrounded by Ulster County’s most celebrated organic resources:

The Shawangunk Wine Trail: Savor the antioxidants of a local vintage at Magnanini Winery, or enjoy a crisp cider at Angry Orchard.

Nourishing Harvests: Spend your afternoons at Wright’s Farm, Dressel Farms, or DuBois Farms, gathering nutrient-dense, locally-grown produce for a sunset dinner on the deck.

Town & Culture: Enjoy the vibrant, health-conscious dining scenes of New Paltz and Gardiner, filled with artisan boutiques and farm-to-table eateries.

THE ULTIMATE WEDDING HOME BASE
If you are visiting for a celebration, start your day in a state of zen. Our home offers the space and serenity needed for wedding parties and families to prepare for the big moment. We are located near the Hudson Valley’s most sought-after venues:

Audrey’s Farmhouse, Lippincott Manor, Tuthilltown Spirits, Shared Blessings Estate, and more.
