„We booked this house to stay a night while visiting with our son who is working as a camp counselor at a local Scout camp. It was a great house, clean, with plenty of space and laundry facilities so we could wash his clothes. Check-in and check-out process was easy and the owners were very clear about everything. We were planning to stay again in a few weeks, but my son doesn't want to spend time with Mom & Dad unfortunately!“

„Rented the house with a three-generation family group for a long weekend to attend a wedding in a nearby town. We all loved the house…plenty of historic charm with modern comforts in kitchen and bathrooms, and a gorgeous setting. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch to read, chat or drink coffee with the sound of the rushing creek in the background, and had fun playing horseshoes, pool, and exploring the creek. „we have stayed at this location before and I didnt even remember. When we arrived there was a problem with the door code and there was no signal to contact Doug. Finally had a family member contacted him through texting and got the proper code. Other than that everything was great! House was so clean and had everything we needed. Great location for peace and quiet and a chance to disconnect. “

„Well maintained rental in a beautiful location. The listing and photos were very accurate. I had a nice time enjoying birds, small wildlife and even a young black bear on the grounds. Short drive to stores, hiking spots and interesting outdoor art exhibitions. I booked this location by accident and have absolutely no regrets.
