The listing on Expedia showed pictures of a Jim period. Also, the description of the hotel said that they had a gym. So I chose this hotel because I work out every morning. However, they do not have a gym. I feel like I deserve a refund.

no tv, phone, fridge, microwave, coffee. All these amenities were advertised to have. Didn't stay,left in 15 minutes. still having trouble getting a refund. Also, wet paint smell, enough to give you a headache, and unhealthy. Major remodel happening, that i rather not be walking through hanging tarps across the hallway, and the reason for several missing amenities. Would have not come there if we were informed. Or at least told at check in, so we could have left before paying. Funny how people want to keep your money in a case like this. And we weren't the only people at the desk complaining about the same issues. Not a way to do business. Don't be selling people what you don't have. Never book their ever again. And i'm going to keep on them until i get my money back, even if i have to file a court claim.

Wouldn’t stay again
I will say the front desk was very friendly. But, the sheets were dirty and we had to change them ourselves. The bathroom had a broken toilet paper dispenser and the mattresses were old. We booked it because of the indoor pool but it was out of service the entire stay. We were told it would be fixed the next morning, it was not. They said it would be the next morning, and it wasn’t.

The property is ok but a TV did not work, There was enough shampoo for only one person in the room and in the morning there was no regular coffee available . Did not get what we paid for.
I booked and paid for the trip five days earlier. When my family arrived, they were given the keys to the room and whenever they went to the room, there was already a man in the room. I had booked a two queen bed room, but there was someone already in it. At least he had his pants on. They moved my family across the hallway to a King Suite, but there was not an extra bed in there. They stated they were not able to move it into a double bed room. My question is why do we reserve a room and pay for it early and not receive it. do not stay here especially if you pay for the room in advance you may not get it. I have asked for a refund. I doubt if I get it. The language barrier is ruff between us and the staff.

The room was not well cleaned. Pet hair in all the corners and along edges which obviously hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time. Dusty. Ceiling in bathroom had seen leak from upstairs and looked like it would fall in. Terrible water pressure in shower and caulk around toilet was stained yellow. Would not recommend or stay again. If I hadn’t arrived so very late after a long day of travel, I would have asked for another room.

The bathroom and carpet were filthy. The website advertises a coffee maker in room, which is important to us, but there wasn't one. I asked for one but they didn't have any. False advertising! The breakfast was good and the pool was lovely. Too bad the room was so terrible.

Although we are delighted that our breakfast and pool were able to turn things around for you with great selection and fresh surroundings, we appreciate you taking the time to bring our attention the housekeeping issues in your room. I would not recommend this hotel. This place needs a complete overhaul. The chair in our room had duct tape on the legs. We were scared to sit in it. We only had one washcloth in the room. Other people were complaining about the same thing. The hot continental breakfast was cold. We were there right at 7am when it opened. I had to turn on the waffle maker and the food was cold. The eggs were runny and sausage was unbeatable. We couldn’t believe it. What the heck! Everyone was complaining. Fair warning do not stay here.

When I arrived to property to check in the gal at the desk tried to tell me my king bed room was not available asked if a queen was ok . I said no I paid for a king.i was only given 1 wash cloth for 2 people should have had 2. Drain in bath tub did not work . Ceiling had an obvious leak from sometime recently the paint was peeling off and was brown.plug in the sink did not work .

Baymont is our go to stop when traveling from East coast to home in Colorado. It is always clean, comfortable and is far enough off the highway we don't get road noise keeping us awake. If we ever have any issues they address and resolve them immediately. It will remain our go to stop.

This was a really great hotel. The service was great breakfast in the morning was really good. I love my bedroom to see over the swimming pool in the hot tub is the best the beds are so comfortable I didn’t even want to leave the best room toilet did get clogged and we had a pungent, but that’s not nothing compared to this hotel. I’ll definitely be visiting you again.

Soap, conditioner and body wash was all empty. Staff acted surprised by it but they didn't all just happen to run out at the same time. Wasn't enough water pressure to get a spray out of the shower head they used. First set of keys weren't programmed right so I had to take them back. Orange juice dispenser was out at the start of breakfast.
