„Not great for EV drivers as when you take the car to charge, you cannot return to the hotel to park. And the cleanliness in the bathroom prevented me from bathing my 3 year old.“

„We stayed as a group of 8 ladies, we we watching a show at the stage making this apartment the perfect location. Directly outside the metro station, with a few minutes walk. The apartment had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy. Would highly recommend “

„Preis- / Leistung absolut OK. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Älteres Gebäude mit modernisierten Zimmern. "Frühstück" gab es in einer Plastiktüte mit aufs Zimmer (Wasser, Müsliriegel, Milch-Getreide-Becher zum aufbrühen) - naja.“

„Clean & comforts, but there’s no table which even can’t have a simple breakfast. Have 2 sofa which are no use for us. It’s better to have a table & storage drawer.“

„The whole process of being able to stay there was awful. I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open.“

„Nice, clean rooms in a beautiful old villa. Quiet location and close to Newcastle city center or shopping, just a few minutes by car. Very friendly hosts and staff, award winning restaurant on site and a nice garden - if the weather permits it. We enjoyed staying there and can recommend this hotel. “
