Unfortunate to find several broken furnishings, a non-working front door key fob, unappealing patio furniture and beds that were not King-sized (according to US standards). That said, the property managers were very helpful in attending to our needs and addressing things, hopefully for the next guests. »

« This was a ground floor apartment with very little ventilation as there was only a small window in the kitchen. It was supplied with 1 fan for a 2 story flat. In the heat wave that Europe was experiencing it was not comfortable or I felt healthy to try to stay and checked into a hotel immediately. I was given no refund or offer of a portable a/c unit and told it was not a hotel. »

« Let me first start by saying that the communication with the owner was fantastic. They responded to our needs very quickly, which was appreciated.The apartment is rundown. We understand that these are old buildings in central London, however, the furnishings were all broken, dirty, and needed to be replaced. It looks like the bathroom had been remodeled somewhat recently. The drain clogged in the shower, but they were quick to repair that.The space is OK. There are two twins or a king bed in one...
