« Had a family retreat to partake in the Deck the Halls event on Seneca Lake and this home was perfect for the 8 of us. Top to bottom the home was very clean, kitchen had all the items we need to make our meals, game room was a big hit. Close to Watkins Glen and right on the wine trail. Did not get to use the outdoor patio but looks like a great spot to finish off the night. »

« We arrived to a power outage which was no fault to FLX. FLX was respnosive to all of my emails and the house was nice with a good enough location for our use. It was clean and well stocked with towels and stuff like paper towels and toilet paper - i rent a-lot of houses and this is surprisingly rare. I would rent again. »

« beautifully appointed home! We literally took pictures of hardware and appliances so we could upgrade our own kitchens - it was decorated beautifully. We appreciated the nice welcome gift - wine and jam!! The host created a comprehensive welcome kit - it included lots of meaningful information and was greatly appreciated. Amazing view of the lake was the cherry on top. »

« Check in was quick and painless. Code was correct on the door. House was clean and updated. Made for an easy relaxing stay. Our two dogs loved the house and property with room to run around. Wish we could have used the fire pit but it was too cold in the off season. Bed was comfy and bathrooms were very nice. »

« Quiet, cozy home. The house was very clean and accommodating when we arrived. There were many thoughtful things left for our use if needed. Including kitchen and bathroom items. Plenty of games and movies around to keep us entertained. Everything you would need for showers and bedding and it was clean and ready to use. The beds were very comfortable. The pictures do a great job depicting what is available but what you don't know is how quite and peaceful it is there. The neighbors are friendly...
