« Communication with the property owner was confusing and questions were left unanswered. The difference in the accommodations was not clearly explained and information provided was inaccurate. The property manager Yvonne was excellent and always available with lots of information. She was very helpful with clearing up the confusion. »

« The bedroom and bathroom were both clean, tidy and well outfitted. The bedroom included a mini fridge, tea/coffee maker, milk packets, coffee packets, bottled water, glasses and mugs. I was provided a bath towel, hand towel and face towel, and there were extra towels in the bathroom. The host, Yvonne, was very welcoming, kind and accommodating. The home was warm and comfortable; no worries about the temperature. The bed had the top sheet, quilt and comforter, plus lots of pillows, so bedding...

« La chambre est tout juste correcte ,la salle de bain est propre Par contre le tapis est très sale Il y a quand même une bonne odeur dans l’édifice Un clou est planté dans le mur à côté de la porte de chambre,c’est sur ce clou que nous avons récupéré la clé de notre chambre Il n’y avait personne pour notre accueil »
