« We enjoyed the rental very much and the location was excellent in a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and down by the waterfront in the evening. Our only complaint would be the window air conditioning units not quite keeping the bedroom cool, but that wouldn’t keep us from staying here again! »

« Whitney is a great host! This apartment is much bigger than the pictures make it appear. The kitchen is awesome, the marina docks are well maintained and there’s power at each one with a regular 110 volt outlet, no need for an adapter. The beds are wonderful and the ceiling fans really cool the bedrooms well. I am already making plans to return next year! Thank you, for everything, Whitney! »

« I stayed here so I could be close to Abay for my cousins vow renewal. The apartment is beautiful. It had everything I needed for my little one and myself. And there is a beautiful playground across the street. I highly recommend staying here! We will be back »

« Enjoyed a week stay here in Clayton July 2025. It’s a large space for a 1 bedroom. Clean and as described.Good communication w/Evolve mgmt company. Could walk to Downtown and we enjoyed the sunsets there and the cute places to eat and shop. All the little towns around there to explore also. »

« My husband and I stayed at K’s Motel over the weekend for a wedding. It was very clean and the hosts were great at communicating. The AC worked wonderfully, even better than my own at home. The bed was comfy and it was true king bed. I’ve been to some properties that advertise king beds that are really queens or queens that are really fulls
 here we got what we reserved. Blankets and sheets were comfy as well. The rates were the most reasonable of anything else that weekend in the area. The...

"Wonderful owner, historic home, warm réception with charcuterie and Wine, good breakfast On the low side : irregular water flow, Windows without blinds so you get light very early in the morning. You have to keep in mind this is an old home which has its charm but also its flaws."
