« The only big issue was that the VRBO listing gave us the wrong address. It sent us to Scarborough instead of Saco. Luckily we were familiar with the area and I knew that Saco was close to Old Orchard Beach, which was mentioned in the listing, so I did a google map search of the same address in Saco and it looked like the pictures. « The house was clean & comfortable. It had a large fenced yard that our 2 dogs loved. They ran around searching for chipmunks! The house was convenient to restaurants & shopping & hiking. We enjoyed our stay. »

« The house is in an excellent location if you want to get around to restaurants or the beach but also tucked away for a quiet neighborhood experience. The house itself is big with plenty of living spaces. We loved the coffee bar and it was very well stocked. The fireplace was nice to have for our February stay. « Pros: The views of the lake are beautiful - especially during the fall when the trees are turning. Check in was easy (but had to call to get the instructions). The house is equipped with Roku tv and the bathroom has a heater. Cons: Zero response from the owner despite multiple direct messages through VRBO. Had to call customer service to get check in instructions - never got any for check out. Other: I’m glad I read prior reviews and knew the property was right next to neighbors and at the end...

« The house was as described by the listing, however we had an unfortunate experience of having aggregation of ladybugs in the house during our stay. When we arrived we needed to clean 30 -40 bugs out of the bathroom before our elderly parents arrived. Sadly, more bugs kept coming in. We contacted Peter immediately, who said his property manager had mentioned this to him and he would send him over to spray again. The manage did spray again, however we continued to have to clean out the bathroom...
