« Had a wonderful trip here! The location of the cabin is great, the property is great. We saw beaver, deer, rabbits, bald eagles, red and gray squirrels and on a scenic ride we took nearby we saw a black bear. It rained a few days of our stay so we were able to enjoy games inside. The kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom is nicely stocked and for a longer stay there is a in unit washer and dryer available. It was our 4th time staying in this cabin and definitely will not be our last....

« The house was a thoughtfully decorated and comfortable space. It was close to the PA Grand Canyon and sort of close to Cherry Springs. You can see the stars from the backyard when the moon is right. It’s close to the main road so keep in mind that you’ll hear the road when you’re outside. It’s perfectly quiet inside though. We would stay here again. »

« Everything was great. I’d probably go again. The thing that misled me is that it is advertised as “air conditioned” (which is something that I looked for because my son and I are both usually warm) but then the AC is only in the living area and you are told to close the doors to the bedrooms so that the air conditioner isn’t overdone. « We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Black Bear. The cabin was everything we needed and super comfortable. The hot tub, the view from the back porch, the quiet was spectacular, especially the nature's light show in the trees by the creek at night. It was magical. Hope to get to stay again. « This is a great place to stay if you are interested in being away, seeing the stars close to the dark skies formal parks, and if you have a pet and kids. It's got the cozy feel of a cabin with a great deck.
