« Just an average property with poor linen, a dirty shower stall, and the cheapest one ply toilet paper. No view of the river, but, there is a view of an abandoned 13 story construction property across the river and the God awful giant green tarp. More of a low rent residential neighborhood on the river. »

« There were 11 of us retired adults who had a cousins' reunion for five days. The villa and the house were perfect for our us as we needed six bedrooms. The house was better stocked than at any other VRBO we've stayed at and when we had a question, we got an answer within just a couple of minutes. We are talking about going back next year to rent this villa/house arrangement! »

« This is an awesome home that is very well stocked! It is in an excellent location in Lake Havasu City. The time that we spent in the backyard was also very relaxing for us and it includes both a hot tub and a gas bbq grill. We stayed for a month and it felt like home to us
only about 50 plus degrees warmer than our weather at home which was great. Ed and Sarah are very caring and awesome hosts! »

« Right on the water and it had everything we wanted. Great spot directly in front to relax with toes in the water. Small place but you want to be outside most of the time anyways. Very clean and comfortable. Awesome outdoor grill set up. We will be back again. »
