« We loved are stay at this beautiful rustic oceanfront home. The large windows along the entire ocean side of the house were a highlight. We view of water, boats, wildlife; sounds of waves on the rocks right outside; and ocean air were at once both invigorating and peaceful. « Lovely home with wonderful view of the ocean. The house is in the side yard of the owner’s main house but it feels separate and private. The property manager met us onsite at check-in, even though it was late in the evening and provided us a tour so we knew where everything was situated and how to access the amenities. « Lovely location right on a quiet cove on Southport Island. House was well equipped and the grounds were shady. The kitchen especially was well equipped with plenty of pans, dishes, and a gas range with 4 eyes plus a griddle. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for relaxing both inside and outside. Highly recommend. »

"Smelly room because of old carpet. Doors with cracks that we could see through. Back door difficult to open . Small old fridge . Clean and adequate beddings . Shower ok . Breakfast generous . Nice weather, so we spend our time outdoor . Kayaking, mini-golfing , we also made a fire at night that was really a nice opportunity . The accommodations need renovations ! The property has great potential !"
