„This was such a perfect condo for bringing pets! They have thought of everything from pet bowls to dog beds! When we left our pets in their crate for a little bit, we were concerned they may bark, so we were very thankful to be on the end of the building and had no complaints. The pups really enjoyed getting to go across for a walk on the beach. „Check in via the condo was quick however, the key was not in the lockbox. Spent the next 1.5 hours waiting to get inside the condo. There are 2 lockboxes and neither had a key. There is a touchpad on the door but they wouldn’t provide me the code. I had to keep calling the mgmt co BeachBox for updates. I was hung up on once. I was never offered even an apology. I would not recommend this condo or any place managed by BeachBox.“

„The room photos were inaccurate about the size. This place is tiny. I would not stay with more than 6. There was a broken outlet with wires exposed. The door doesn’t have a second lock on the inside. They ordered new furniture to be delivered 8:30 in the morning on Saturday of our stay without disclosing before check in that this would be done. The property owner refused to offer a discount on our stay after this unfortunate occurrence. The only nice thing about this place is the view.“

„We have stayed at the Victorian many times over the past 10 years, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst and most uncomfortable apartment we have experienced. The view was good, but unfortunately, that was one of the few positives.If you are a larger person or a larger couple, be prepared that you may have to sleep in separate beds. „The Victorian resort is beautiful. We have visited it before. The pools are great. The staff is wonderful and the views and beach access is perfect. Our specific unit was below standard. There was sand in the beds and couch. And yes I understand it’s a beach. But the sheets don’t need sand. The microwave was hanging off the mount and we did not use it. „The backdoor had no working lock, there were pubes in the bathtub despite a 105 cleaning fee, no plates/bowls, tv didn't work properly, the bathroom door stuck closed and we could barely leave once in there, the bunkbed top bunk was so tucked in (like under the wood) we couldn't get it unstuck on the first night and we had to sleep on top of the covers, the ac kept automatically changing to be hot again (caused us to wake up in the middle of the night), closet in the main bedroom wouldn't close ...
