« Great place to stay! We were a bit skeptical at first because the elevator to the 3rd floor apt was out of order so we had to drag our suitcases across the parking lot to another elevator, then haul them quite a distance to the apartment. But the apartment was amazing! Great balcony overlooking the pool, and the seawall was right across the street. The host was responsive and we would definitely stay again! One thing to note, there was no hair dryer, but everything else was fully provided. »

« The K- cup coffee machine did not work. The condo smelled like urine. The couch was the source of the smell. We had trouble getting TV to work. The condo could have been cleaner but I think the smell was the worse. We got reported for noise and the person also called police. We found out it was the tenant under us that had also reported other renters. I have stayed at Maravilla but not gone through stay porter (Vurbo) . I will make sure I don’t use this property management again. »

« We had an enjoyable stay at the condo. We stayed 3 nights. I highly recommend staying here due to the location; it's so near to the beach and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores.Pros: King size bed, a full kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner, washer & dryer, a pull out sofa. 2 pools on the property with a hot tub. Right behind the condo with a hot tub. It hit the spot in the evening. Very comfortable place to relax, clean and spacious and near the beach and local restaurants plus 3 grocery...

« The room photos were inaccurate about the size. This place is tiny. I would not stay with more than 6. There was a broken outlet with wires exposed. The door doesn’t have a second lock on the inside. They ordered new furniture to be delivered 8:30 in the morning on Saturday of our stay without disclosing before check in that this would be done. The property owner refused to offer a discount on our stay after this unfortunate occurrence. The only nice thing about this place is the view. »
