« Pas une très bonne expérience sauf pour le stationnement gratuit pour la durée de la croisière (on peut se rendre au port en taxi et économiser des frais de stationnement). La chambre était très sale (drap, évier, douche, etc.), de la poussière +++, très vieille et le mobilier était brisé (chaise avec un barreau de casser). Internet très très très lent et difficile... Un train qui passe à une dizaine de mètres de la chambre à 1h00 AM (et qui siffle)... »

« The room is very average for the price. The personnel at the reception was also average. One person was very friendly but wasn’t very competent. The other one, later in the day, was not that friendly and didn’t seem to know what smiling was. We couldn’t dial a local number from our room. Not that we didn’t know how to do it but because the system wasn’t functioning properly. When we asked her to do it from the main desk we were certain we were bothering her and she put the phone at our disposal...

« The property is in immaculate condition. The property manager is extremely kind and friendly. She was available throughout the stay. The house is well maintained and very clean. It is easy to get to in the neighborhood. It is farther out from Galveston shops and restaurants, but it wasn't a big deal. We had great access to a good driveable beach that is quiet. We had a great time. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location and management group. »

« I failed to find/open the email from the owners with the room number, unfortunately I didn’t realize that till I was there with my 3 kids AFTER the office closed. Called numbers listed and left a message, contacted Expedia and they were EXTREMELY helpful contacting someone who resent the details quickly. « The property contact in Hotels.com was not up to date when I booked. Once I was given the proper contact of Des with CasaBella Estates, everything was smooth and communication was great. Really convenient to be able to walk to Walmart for anything you may have forgotten. I was able to make all of our meals here just with the 2 burner range. Great proximity to the beach to walk and catch a beautiful sunrise. »
